On Monday, April 29, 2019, Laguna Beach City Hall sculptures will be installed.
This large installation consists of 3 steel pieces and will remain in place for three months.
The artists, Yelena Filipchuk and Serge Beaulieu make up the artist team known as
Hybycozo – The Hyperspace Bypass Construction Zone
